This is a natural whetstone made of OKUDO Suita, which is popular among craftsmen.
When wet, the distinctive yellow color of OKUDO appears.
Although it looks hard, it is actually a whetstone with a softer sharpening feel.
Its moderate hardness makes it ideal for finishing sharpening all types of blades.
